Join the Scientific Services breeding team at the James Hutton Institute’s Crop Innovation Centre in Invergowrie 2pm - 6pm on Thursday 16 July 2026 for Fruit for the Future.
This annual showcase is a chance to see soft fruit research in action, with field presentations covering raspberry, blackberry, currant and blueberry breeding, followed by short scientific talks, outdoor demonstrations and guided walks through the experimental plots.
There will also be plenty of time to relax, taste the fruit, and enjoy ice cream and sorbet with fellow guests.
